Msgr. Daniel Hermes, Supervising Director
Monsignor attended Mundelein Seminary and was ordained a priest for the
Rockford Diocese on May 17, 1969. He is the pastor of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, Crystal lake, IL and a co-founder of Light of the World Evangelization Ministries.

Paul Augustine, President
Paul is a member of Holy Cross Parish, Batavia, Il.  He and his wife Cindy have one daughter Ashley.  Paul is Manager Quality Assurance, Corporate Internal Audit, Kingsway Financial Services, Incorporated.

Michael Costantini
Michael is a parishioner of St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Crystal Lake, IL. Michael and his wife Anna have four children, Andrew, Madeleine, Nicole and Isabella. Michael is the V.P. of an IT Consulting firm in Chicago.

Erin Gibbons
Erin is a parishioner and music minister at Saint Patrick Church in Wadsworth, IL and high school French teacher.  Erinis blessed to come from a family of servant leaders: a father who is a deacon, a mother who is involved in a variety of ministries, and a little sister who is a parish Music Director.


Layla Groleau
Layla is a parishoner of and Retreat Coordinator for Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Aurora, IL. She and her husband John have four grown children: Stephanie, Shireen, Michael, and Christopher. Layla is an English teacher and Gifted Coordinator at Washington Middle School in Aurora.

Ed is a member of Holy family Parish, Rockford, IL.   He is a Sales Consulting Director for Oracle Corporation.  Ed and his wife Kathy have two teenage sons that keep them very busy.

Dennis McDonald, Treasurer
Dennis is a member of St. Mary Mathias, Muscatine, IA.  He retired in 2010 as President and CEO of Central Bancshares, Inc.  Dennis and his wife Linda have two children, Kyle and Erin, a son-in-law Wade and 3 grandsons.

John Morrissey
John is a parishioner of Holy Family Parish, Rockford, Illinois.  John is a Principal of The Morrissey Family Businesses.  He and his wife Maureen have two daughters, Meghan and Sarah.

Bernadine ("Bernie") Oberdick, Secretary
Bernie is Music Director and Parish LOTW Coordinator of St. Patrick Parish in Wadsworth, IL.  Bernie has a master’s degree in music education and a Liturgy certificate from St. Anselmo in Rome. She has been married for 30 years to her wonderful husband Peter and together they have 4 children.

John Sinski, Vice President
John is a parishioner at St. Thomas the Apostle in Crystal Lake, IL where he pursues his passion for evangelization.  He and his wife Donna have 2 children, Nick and Samantha.  John is also a Key Account Manager for R. L. Polk & Co.
