Tithing to LOTWEM

Regular giving ("tithing") to LOTWEM can be accomplished by either regularly sending money to LOTWEM (Option #1), or by having money automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account (Option #2).  You can sign up for either of these options electronically or by printing out a Tithing Card and mailing it to LOTWEM.  

Sign up by Mail.  To sign up for tithing by mailing a Tithing Commitment Card, please click on the appropriate Commitment Card button below.  This card can then be printed on your computer, filled out, and mailed to LOTWEM. 

Sign up Electronically.  Alternatively, tithing can be set up electronically.  To do so, please complete the "Electronic Sign-up Form" below.
