Level One Parish
(Preparing for Leadership Retreat)
Immediately following the Information Day
LOTWEM and Pastor determine date and location of the Leadership Retreat.
Option A: Leadership Team attends retreat at existing LOTW Parish
»LOTWEM will work with existing LOTW parish to make arrangements
Option B: Leadership Retreat is held at a Retreat House or within parish
»Parish Liaison to reserve all necessary facilities
Pastor should discern and inform LOTWEM of their Parish Liaison and Small Faith Community Coordinator.
Three to Four Months Prior to Leadership Retreat
Option A: Leadership Team attends retreat at existing LOTW Parish
LOTWEM Operation Director will be liaison between Parish Liaison and existing LOTW parish.
LOTWEM Small Faith Community Mentor contacts parish Small Faith Community Coordinator
Option B: Leadership Retreat is held at a Retreat House or within parish.
LOTWEM Main Evangelizer contacts Parish Liaison.
LOTWEM Small Faith Community Mentor contacts parish Small Faith Community Coordinator

Immediately following Leadership Retreat
Small Faith Community Coordinator leads Leadership Team for six weeks through “Growing in Christ”
Four months prior to 1st Parish Retreat
Pastor, with input from Leadership Team and LOTWEM Main Evangelizer, discerns a Retreat Coordinator and Retreat Team (2 Evangelizers, 2 Witnesses, Shepherds, Publicity Coordinator, Hospitality Coordinator, Chapel Coordinator and Service Coordinator)
LOTWEM Main Evangelizer contacts Retreat Coordinator and follows guidelines for preparing for 1st Parish Retreat
Parish holds 1st LOTW Retreat

Level Three Parish
(Preparing for 2nd Parish Retreat)
Immediately following 1st Parish Retreat
Small Faith Community Coordinator leads retreatants through “Growing in Christ”
Leadership Team is divided among retreatants to form Small Faith Communities
Four months prior to 2nd Parish Retreat
Pastor discerns a Retreat Coordinator and Retreat Team (1 Main Evangelizer, 3 Evangelizers, 2 Witnesses, Shepherds, Publicity Coordinator, Hospitality Coordinator, Chapel Coordinator and Service Coordinator)
LOTWEM Main Evangelizer contacts Retreat Coordinator and follows guidelines for preparing for 1st Parish Retreat
Parish holds 2nd LOTW Retreat

Level Four Parish
(Parish Completes Evangelization Process)
Immediately following 2nd Parish Retreat
LOTWEM Operations Director will be in contact with Parish Core Team to continue to offer guidance for Part 1: The Retreat and to help the parish establish Part 2 and Part 3 of the LOTW Parish Evangelization Process.
